Wittenberg LAT 54 Duo SET 2 x antenna for GSM, UMTS and LTE City network 1800 MHzThe Wittenberg LAT 54 Duo SET contains 2 x LAT 54 antennas and is suitable for improving reception in areas with weak network coverage. These antennas are particularly suited to the LTE City network, but also receive the D + E and UMTS networks. They can be mounted both horizontally and vertically.
Since LTE uses MIMO (2xRx 2x Tx) technology, most well-known LTE routers already on the market (e.g. Huawei, Speedport, FRITZ!Box) are equipped with 2 external antenna connections. To make use of the optimal data rate of the LTE network, when operating with external antennas you should always mount and connect 2 units of the same type vertically, parallel on a horizontal plane, at a distance of at least 20 cm. Our Duo Packs are put together specifically for these applications.
